Police arrests suspect for acts of lasciviousness
A 25-year-old man was arrested Tuesday night for alleged acts of lasciviousness against his housemate at Sta. Ana, Manila.
The complainant said Teddy Marcalino, a resident of 2547 Callejon 9, Delpan St. Sta. Ana, Manila, break into her room while she was asleep and started to hug and kiss her.
Barangay officials arrested Marcalino when the victim screamed and ran out of the room for help.
Based on information from Manila Police District, barangay officials referred the case to PO3 Shiela Mae Pascascio of Police Station 6 where charges of acts of lasciviousness are now being prepared against Marcalino.
Acts of lasciviousness is punishable by imprisonment of up to four years in jail. Maanne Lopez
